With exciting projects, cross-functional collaboration, and regional leadership responsibilities, this role offers both challenge and reward in equal measure.   Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow market presence and achieve business targets in Southeast Asia. Lead, manage, and support country teams to ensure high performance and effective delivery of objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including schools, ministries, and educational partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. Represent the organization at regional events, conferences, and meetings.   About You Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia education market Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing cross-cultural teams and working in a matrix organization Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans Proven leadership experience in a regional or international education/business development role Ability to travel frequently across the region Desirable Criteria Proven leadership experience in a regional or international education/business development role
