DescriptionSort Center area manager would manage third-party logistics sort center Operating on Amazon tools, systems and infrastructure. Area Manager would monitor safety , performance matrix including (DEA , dwell , reverse logistics, .. ) & financials to assure best customer experience delivering & receiving shipments from different nodes & manage CPT & truck utilization .Key job responsibilitiesManage Amazon & 3PL team on site -Processing and sorting packages by destinationSupporting loading/unloading operationsManaging backlog and inventory flowCoordinating with carriers and other Amazon facilitiesHandling missorts and ensuring proper routingFollowing standard operating procedures for loading delays and other operational challengesBasic Qualifications 1+ years of employee and performance management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shiftsPreferred Qualifications 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
