Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Area Operations Planner to join our Sales Distribution Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.The Area Operations Planner is a member of the Area Operations 2 that is responsible for supporting Dealer Nenkei, achieving monthly sales targets, special campaigns, and monitoring market share and segment share.Your role and responsibilities:Conceptualize Toyota dealer success programDevelop and maintain the allocation schedule and methodology to ensure fair and strategic distribution across all authorized dealersMonitor dealer transactions and sales reports to identify and investigate potentially inappropriate sales tacticsApply consistent Project management methodologies to track system enhancement timelines, deliverables, and resource allocationProvide ongoing system support and functional assistance to key stakeholdersOur perfect match:You have a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Related CoursesBackground in planning and analysis is an advantageYou are an actively participating member of a team, moving the team toward the completion of goalsYou are capable of setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to manage an organization or ongoing activities within itYou can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goalsYou can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunitiesYou continuously seek opportunities to address problems and challenges the current state of the organizationSkills required:High level of planning, analysis, and critical thinking skillsExcellent in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Non-professional drivers license is an advantageExcellent verbal and written English communication skillHas pleasing personality & confidentTenacious team player with Sales, Marketing & Customer First mindsetFresh Graduates are welcome to apply!Please apply through the link below.https://www.careers-page.com/toyota-motor-philippines-corporation/job/RY647R5X
