Job Description
1. Sales for On Premises market(Premium Night Club and Bar) and 4-5 stars hotelBased on the operation time of On Premises market (Night club/bar, sport center, transportation station etc…) and 4-5stars hotel customer, go to the customer place, and do sales for our company’s products, and maximize our company distribution for the On Premises market and 4-5 stars hotel based on Master coverage plan and sales plan which made by managers.Beside following anticorruption regulation, make good relationship with each customer and provide POSM and or any Makreting activity to each customer based on the instruction and guideline from Supplier and Manager of the company. Sales Person also have responsible to check whether customer following guideline for execution.Report working schedule (Check in/Check out) of every day by email or SMS to Manager who is person in charge for On Premises Market and 4-5stars hotel.Making the weekly report for the sales result vs target of company, including customer’s data list including name of customer, address of customer, PIC of customer and contact address and/or phone number, and update every week.Attend weekly internal meeting and attend meeting with Brand/Suppier.2. Credit limit controlIf customers request credit limit, saleperson need to apply and get approval one by one.Sales person have responsiblity to check payment status/ overdue status trhough corporation with accounting dept. Need to avoid and minimize risk and cost of overdue and debt.3. Sales Team ManagementPosition in this time appied, is including assigment for managing team in case organize sales team.Have strong responsibility mindset to achieve the target of the brand and do best effort to achieve the target.If there is some problem or issue, report to Manager and supplier immediately to fix the problem and issue as soon as possible.4. Team Working MindsetNeed to work with many departments, shall have good relationship with all related department including sales, logistics, and departments.Strictly compliance with company regulation, regulation of Supplier and Law in Vietnam (including follow Anticorruption rules.)5. Respond any other task which is required from Supplier, Manager and BoM.Yêu Cầu Công Việc1. Education BackgroundUniversity/College degree in Marketing or Business Administration2. Working ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in FMCG distribution3. CompetenciesEnglish communication at intermediate level (level B) or aboveProficiency in computer skillsStrong communication skillsCreative thinking skillsRange lương: up to 30m and bonus
