Our products and systems help improve the energy efficiency of buildings, enhance fire safety, reduce noise, and promote sustainability.With more than 80 years of history, operations in over 40 countries, and around 12,000 employees, we create solutions that make our cities healthier, safer, and more comfortable.Role PurposeYou will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong network of distributors in your allocated region for the General Building Insulation (GBI) and ETICS/EWI segment.Your mission is to develop ROCKWOOL’s presence in the market, strengthen our position, and secure long‑term growth in market share.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and organise all distribution sales activities for the assigned territory (GBI & ETICS).Maintain and expand the distributor network to ensure strong market presence.Negotiate and renew contracts; onboard new distributors.Explain sales policies, supply chain processes, and risk management guidelines to partners.Build strong relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide distributors with regular technical and commercial support.Extend cooperation to stakeholders across the value chain (architects, specifiers, owners, contractors).Present ROCKWOOL solutions to customers, end-users, construction companies, architects, and designers.Promote new ROCKWOOL products and systems.Identify market opportunities (new products/solutions that meet customer needs).Ensure compliance with contract payment terms and credit limits; monitor payment behaviour and secure timely payments.Support colleagues in the sales team when needed.Contribute to marketing planning and propose marketing actions.Build professional relationships with other producers and distributors of complementary products.Organise seminars, fairs, and customer events; actively participate in ROCKWOOL events.Continuously learn technical features of construction related to our products to offer full service to clients.Provide customers with up-to-date information on relevant construction legislation and regulations.Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Implement annual action plans with clear objectives.Collect market intelligence for informed decision-making.This is who you areBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in construction/building materials or technical products.Solid knowledge of GBI and ETICS/EWI systems is a plus.Proven track record in building and managing distributor networks.Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.Market analysis and strategic thinking capabilities.Organisational and time management skills, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support colleagues.Fluent in Bulgarian and good EnglishWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.Valid driver’s licence.What We OfferThe opportunity to work for a market leader with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.A role where you can make a real impact on the company’s growth in your region.Professional development opportunities in an international environment.Supportive team culture and access to ROCKWOOL expertise and resources.Competitive salary + 13th monthQuarterly sales bonus based on sales resultsMeal vouchersHealth insuranceCompany car25 vacation days/yearIf you are a motivated sales professional with technical understanding and the drive to grow market presence, we invite you to join our team!Interested?
