To do this, we welcome the brightest people to join our journey.Position OverviewAs an Area Sales Manager at Dat Bike, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts in the south of Vietnam. You will manage relationship with dealers to drive sales and expand our market reach in the region.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives to deliver exceptional performance.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing support and guidance to ensure alignment with Dat Bike's brand and values.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and market penetration in South Vietnam.Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with company objectives.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience with proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the automotive, consumer electronics, or related industry in similar positions.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.Willingness to travel within the region as needed.BenefitsCompetitive income.Meal support according to company policySocial insurance.MIC insurance.Discount price to buy a Dat Bike.Send your CV to my Email: jobs@dat.bike or contact: 0932097167 (Ms. Yen) Thank you !
