Area Sales Manager - West Indonesia

Job DescriptionResponsible for sales target and market share achievement in accordance with the commercial sales overall strategyHandle geo expansion, develop new distribution opportunities, and improve market share by conducting fleet visit and collaborating with the distributor sales teamPromote and sell Goodyear commercial tires through fleet development, total tire management solution and sales programs execution within the assigned areaHandle market intelligence and update on a timely basis competitors' activities, inclusive of competitor pricing programs, marketing activities and product surveyManage field sales operational expenses within the assigned area Job RequirementsBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related fieldMore than 5 years of experience in sales and marketingAt least 1 year in a managerial level a preference Knowledgeable with tires such as tire construction, product performance, tire testing, and tire segmentation, preferably with work experience in the tire industryWork experience in building partnerships with the local market, fleet channel management, key account management, field sales operations, technical and product training, and market intelligence Experience in handling West Java is an advantage With excellent financial acumen, selling, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Must be proficient in the English languageKnowledgeable in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerpointGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
