Job Description:AE Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth within the pharmaceutical and supplements industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations in their designated area, leading a team of sales representatives, and establishing strong relationships with key customers such as pharmacies, clinics, and retailers.Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales operations within the assigned area, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts including pharmacies, clinics, and retailers.Product Promotion: Promote AE Enterprises' range of supplements to prospective clients through product demonstrations and presentations.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.Market Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities to maximize growth.Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or supplement sales management.Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and meeting sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel within the assigned area.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.What We Offer:Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.Career growth and professional development opportunities.A supportive and dynamic work environment.
