Akij Venture Group is looking for Area Sales Manager (ASM)- Beverage, Spicy & Dairy ProductsJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales & Marketing Department as “Area Sales Manager (ASM)” Position.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives & TSM to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.· Provide insights to guide product development and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to meet business objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, to make data-driven decisions. Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersSkills Required: Sales, Leadership and teamwork, Food and Beverage, Dairy product sales, Negotiation and Convincing SkillExperience RequirementsAt least 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Group of Companies,Food (Packaged),Beverage,DairyAdditional RequirementsExperience in Beverage, Spicy, Dairy & Argo sectors will get extra preference.Supervision experience with sales automation system will be given extra advantage.Must have good knowledge of reporting through MS PowerPoint & Excel.Must have valid motorcycle driving license.Job LocationAnywhere in BangladeshSalaryTk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
