About the RoleWe are looking for an Area Sales Manager B2B to lead and expand our Babyshop channel in the Mom & Baby category. This is a strategic role focused on growing revenue, increasing the number of active retail outlets, and strengthening brand presence at specialty baby & mom retail stores.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth targets and expand babyshop outlets across regions.Analyze sales data regularly & outlet performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimize inventory, and maintain healthy margins.Acquire new babyshop outlets (NOO) and strengthen existing partnerships through consistent engagement and support.Negotiate and establish long-term agreements with babyshop owners and resellers, including terms of payment, pricing, and promotional support.Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to design effective promotions, discount programs, and loyalty initiatives.Monitor babyshop and marketplace pricing to ensure compliance with company pricing guidelines.Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow.Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to improve field execution and overall sales performance.Report weekly/monthly on performance: active outlets, revenue vs target, forecasts, insights, and recommendations to senior management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale or B2B sales, preferably in the Mom & Baby, FMCG, or retail industry.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing distribution channels.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with retail and wholesale partners.Good analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with sales data.Leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Willing to travel frequently within Indonesia.Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written).Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara,
