We are one of Indonesia’s leading FMCG companies, home to several market-leading brands in their respective categories. We’re currently looking for two full-time positions based in Bali and Medan.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing the Modern Trade Channel (MTI & Total MT) in your assigned area, driving sales performance, ensuring effective budget management, optimizing distribution, and executing trade initiatives.You’ll also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, regional distributors, and the sales team (KAM & NKAM).QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable universityMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG company, including at least 2 years handling Modern Trade (MTKA/MTI)Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the Modern Trade marketProven ability to manage distributors and territory operationsProficiency in ExcelHigh initiative, independence, and confidence in leading high-level negotiationsIf you’re passionate about growing brands and driving results in the FMCG world, we’d love to hear from you!
