Highlights:Open to base in Shenzhen/Guangzhou/HKWith Existing key accounts to manageBase up to RMB 50K x 14 months + BonusLead the South China + HK Sales teamResponsibilities:Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and identify new revenue opportunities.Develop customized logistics solutions to align with customer needs and company objectives.Manage and grow e-commerce key clients, ensuring high retention and revenue growth.Prepare and present logistics proposals, including pricing models and service level agreementsNegotiate contracts with clients and logistics partners to optimize service quality and profitabilityQualifications:Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the logistics/express/e-commerce business.Strong experience in sales hunting.Exceptional negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
