IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa)TürkiyeLE_0169-Grome İç ve Dış Ticaret Anonim ŞirketiEmployee AssignmentNot remoteFull Time1 December 2025ObjectiveEnsure the fastest development of profitable sales growth within the market in all channels in line with GROHE’s mission.The primary purpose of the role is to achieve annual sales targets, drive the increase in market share within this sector and enhance the geographical presence of Grohe within the region.Location: Southeast Anatolia Area - Güney Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi.Primary ResponsibilitiesCollectively accountable for the overall delivery of sales; Showroom & Projects of the region and results.The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for sales development.Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering his / her Sales Mission assigned for the region’s Market in line with corporate objectives and KPIsDrive the Grohe specifications process in all the main consultants’ offices Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guideline.Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiativesIdentify key channels and targets in the market of scope.Forecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter and year.Develop and maintain data base / records of all key contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior managementRegular product update for customers.Qualifications And EducationBachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field, MBA (is a plus)Fluent written and spoken Turkish, and English, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.ExperienceAround 5 years of experience in a comparable position. Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation for excellence
