Area Sales Manager Germany - Remote €70,000 – €80,000 + Bonus + Car + Full benefits package We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence across Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a key territory whilst working with cutting-edge products and solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targetsIdentify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across assigned territoryMaintain and grow existing client relationships to maximise account valueConduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectivesTerritory ManagementAnalyse market trends and competitor activity within the German marketBuild comprehensive territory plans and maintain accurate sales forecastingTravel regularly throughout Germany to meet clients and prospectsAttend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as requiredRelationship BuildingEstablish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencersCollaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and technical specialistsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycleAct as the primary point of contact for clients within your territoryRequirementsEssential Experience3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a field sales roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience managing a defined territory or regionStrong understanding of the German business landscape and cultureSkills & QualificationsFluent in German and English (both written and spoken)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensivelyPersonal AttributesResults-driven with a competitive mindsetSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyStrong organisational and time management skillsResilient and adaptable to changing market conditionsProfessional demeanor with strong business acumen
