Our vision is to make Pakistan a global standard for a carbon-free economy and sustainable ecology. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Multan. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves overseeing sales operations, providing sales forecasts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skillsAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategiesExcellent customer relationship management skillsExperience in the solar industry or related field is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldWillingness to travel within the assigned area
