Job Description

Position Summary Responsibility for building up and growing a business [mainly understood as Net Sales and Gross Margin, and in market sellout] through maintaining and gaining new customers /accounts in Romania and Moldova in line with our strategy. Universal Accountabilities • Build and manage business growth across all trade channels through maintaining and gaining new customers in close collaboration with distributor • Manage sales and profitability growth thru proactive development and execution of plans to achieve targets • Monitoring and report execution of SWS activities on the market • Full accountability for business planning process for area of responsibility along with implementing company strategies and guidelines • Lead Joint Business Planning process with key distributors • Post-evaluate activities with cooperation of external and internal partners • Support of distributor negotiating with retailers • Proactively setting new business opportunities • Administration of accounts, cooperation with distributors and main retailers • Follow up and implement marketing strategy across the markets • Partner with central teams on an integrated brand strategy • Monitor competitive environment, retailer's environment and share with organization • Communicating & implementing new product launches and relaunches to particular customers • Manage the cooperation with external agencies (BTL, PR etc), retailers / distributors counterparts and internal departments (sales, HUB, Regional marketing, demand planning, finance, Customer service). • Responsibility of managing marketing and deflators spending across the distributors • Be responsible for forecasting of goods and assuring proper product availability. Manage distributor stocks according to company KPIs • Indirectly mange distributors sales team to achieve goals and drive focus • Understand competitors, customers & channels better than our own organizationSkills & Experience • Proactive • Team worker • Good communication & high influencing skills • Good Market & Commercial understanding • Project management knowledge • Creativity & ability to think “out of the box” • Open mind/willingness to learn • Highly accountable • Strong analytical skills • Highly developed negotiations skills• Good organizational and time management skills • Fluent English is a must • Energetic and positive • Bachelor`s Degree needed • Minimum 5 years sales experience and knowledge of marketing and trade marketing aspects in FMCG companies • Experience of managing business with distributors and retailers • Experience of managing new product launches, optimization of assortment • Successful track record form Romania and Moldova is additional asset • Track record of successful P&L management and business development Key Stakeholders • Reports to Head of Sales MidCE • Key relationships locally will include Commercial: Sales, Category & Marketing, Commercial Strategy and Finance Important Info • Tools include Microsoft office applications, Power BI., Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook • Regular travels within responsible regionPlease note that this is a remote role, which requires sometimes to go on the field with the company`s car to the clients in Bucharest.
