Job Description / Responsibilities:Conduct daily visits to outlets/stores according to the visit plan.Promote, market, and ensure product availability and visibility in outlets.Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets as set by the company.Ensure smooth product flow and customer payments at outlets.Build and expand distribution networks, including resellers and potential stores.Maintain good relationships with existing customers while developing new ones.Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.Prepare accurate reports on sales, daily visits, and market conditions.Coordinate with the marketing and distribution teams to support promotional programs in the field.Qualifications:Minimum education: High School (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred).Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Food & Beverages (experience with distributors, modern retail, or horeca is a plus).Own a personal vehicle and have a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).Preferably domiciled in the Bali area.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Energetic, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.Willing to be mobile in the field and travel for business purposes as required.
