We do that by knowing our audiences and their world, the context they meet us in, and the media placement. How You Will Make An ImpactYou will get a role in the creative team where you will team up with senior creatives and learn to develop and deliver creative concepts and ideas, and work with strategists and specialists to shape campaigns of high quality. You may have some experience working with media and digital as well as more traditional touchpoints.
Step by step you will grow to be responsible for delivering ideas and concepts for categories, brands, and products, and ensure that solutions deliver on brand and comms objectives. You will learn about the creative life cycle – from brief and concept to execution and production – keeping your eye on the ball from A-Z in the project. Our clients include global Arla brands such as Lurpak, Castello, and Cocio, but also highly strategic Danish brands like Kærgården and Karolines Køkken.

Make campaigns come to life in content across channels; social, OLV, owned channels, digital display, OOH, and TVSupporting creatives within the team, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver campaigns of the highest quality for all digital touchpointsExecuting and preparing work for client presentations as well as creative actual work that will live in the worldShare your worldview, your learnings, and observations, and take part in a creative team and cultureTake ownership and use your entrepreneurial mindset to make things work in an emerging departmentWhat Will Make You SuccessfulAs an Associate Art Director, you are at the first step of your career, but you already live and breathe creative, and have been schooled in creative communication processes.
You would like to learn to work with creative briefs, with concept processes and you are inspired by the world around you. You may have some experience working with creative on a typical consumer journey, and in crafting tailored creative that is fit for the channel. You stay up to date with culture, advertising, and trends. You have an open mind and you’re not afraid to collaborate and speak your mind. You have a creative education from DMJX, The Royal Academy or similar.
You have been trained in creative development and have an extensive experience in creating in CS suite, ppt etc, that allows you to turn your ideas crafted work. A strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
