Qualifications & ExperiencesMinimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity with good exposure in property development or construction industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Survey or related field. Able to work with minimum supervision. Tech-savvy and computer proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude. Possess own transport and willing to travel as per projects basis.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist to initiate and manage collaboration and integration with external consultants, key stakeholders, and client. Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage. Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account. Attend to customers' inquiries and prepare necessary paperwork such as sales proposals, quotations, Auto-cad design drawings for submission, attend site meetings, handover, and inspections. Involving in contract administration and management of all contracts awarded to external consultants, contractors and suppliers. Manage key projects issues as directed by the management. Report on daily management and task delivery to the management.
