Art Director (Full-Time, On-Site – Istanbul/Ümraniye)Position SummaryThe Art Director will be responsible for understanding our clients’ goals and overseeing the entire creative process from concept to final delivery.By combining aesthetic vision with strategic thinking, they will design powerful campaigns across digital and print media, transforming ideas into strong visual experiences that align with brand strategy.The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and capable of integrating AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, D-ID, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) into their creative workflow.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand objectives and creative directionDevelop, present, and execute creative concepts aligned with strategic goalsCreate original and visually engaging designs for digital, print, and motion mediaDesign and produce materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)Utilize AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, D-ID, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance productivity and innovationMaintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual standards across all projectsStay updated on design, AI, and digital marketing trendsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in art direction or digital designStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity and conceptual depthAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience using AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Canva AI)Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typographyFamiliarity with social media platforms and creative content formatsExcellent command of English (both written and spoken)Innovative mindset that blends design with technology
