We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.Role DescriptionThe Art Director is a key visual creative force responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing compelling visual solutions for one of our most iconic Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) clients – a globally recognized brand with a rich heritage and massive consumer reach. Reporting to an Associate Creative Director or Creative Director, you will be instrumental in translating strategic insights into powerful visual concepts and flawless executions that captivate mass audiences and drive significant business results within the dynamic consumer landscape. This role demands a hands-on visual storyteller, a strategic designer, and a meticulous executor who can bring ideas to life across all media, from brand-building campaigns to tactical promotions for everyday products.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to conceptualize and craft work of the highest calibers in multiple media.Creation and production of artwork for multiple Client accounts.Direct multiple design initiatives and teams.Lead and manage creative teamsInsure brand and design consistency across client initiatives.Present concept/design treatments, storyboards and completed work to internal and external clientsAdditional concept/design projects as required.Previous Experience & Demonstrated BehavioursCandidate must be proficient in EnglishExcellent communication, presentation and prioritization skills.Strong team player.Effective team building skills.Print expertise and understanding of type design.Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development for advertising.2‐4 years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Direct Marketing.Knowledge of Mac, Quark, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and related Mac Creative programs.Successful track record of managing multiple Creative assignments.We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
