About the RoleOscar Hunt is seeking an Art Director to join our growing team in Collingwood. This role is full-time and based in our beautiful new head office space. The Art Director is the custodian of Oscar Hunt’s visual identity - bringing creative strategy and execution together to deliver creative work that captures the spirit of the brand across campaigns, photography, and design. Reporting to the Founder, you’ll translate brand direction and creative frameworks into refined, cohesive, and visually exceptional outcomes across every touchpoint.We’re looking for someone who is:Hands-on and on the tools, with a deep understanding of design, art direction, and brand storytellingExperienced in fashion art direction and attuned to the culture and movement of the fashion worldCreatively versatile with exceptional aesthetic judgement and attention to detailEntrepreneurial in mindset - someone who challenges convention, embraces curiosity, and seeks fresh ways to express the brandConfident managing both concept development and executionMotivated by the chance to tell meaningful stories and shape how people experience the Oscar Hunt brandCulture and BenefitsAt Oscar Hunt, creating a positive culture is paramount.
