As Art Director,you will shape the visual heartbeat of this world: an empowering, high‑energy destination where confidence, excitement, and the thrill of winning meet.You will lead the creative vision that turns The Win Zone’s philosophy—winning as a state of mind—into a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic that connects across gameplay, brand, and culture.Your mission: capture the thrill and optimism of The Win Zone through bold design, vibrant storytelling, and innovative production pipelines that make every touchpoint feel like a moment of victory.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSet the overarching visual direction and aesthetic voice across product, live ops, and social marketing.Translate brand strategy and gameplay concepts into a cohesive, standout art style that connects with our players.Develop and optimize smart art‑production workflows using AI and generative tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop features and campaigns with engaging visuals.
