You’ll define our visual and narrative direction, lead creative campaigns, and inspire a growing team to deliver impactful work across all channels. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the brand’s creative identity globally. Generate innovative campaign ideas and write engaging content for multiple platforms. Participate in production processes — scripting, briefing, and providing on-set direction. Lead end-to-end creative campaigns, from concept to delivery. Ensure consistent storytelling across digital, social, retail, and CX touchpoints. Mentor creative teams and cultivate a culture of originality and excellence. Stay ahead of trends to keep the brand culturally relevant. Qualifications Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a creative lead. Portfolio that showcases strategic and hands-on creative work. Strong conceptual thinking and writing ability. Knowledge of creative production workflows.
