We leverage technology, data, sourcing, security and investment allocation in a global way, but also achieve economies of scale and synergies when necessary.At AXA Group Operations, we want to be recognized in three fields of action:State-of-the-art Data Technology to drive customer experienceState-of-the-art Procurement & Sourcing to drive efficiency and better manage risksHigh-Performing Global Team for stronger partnerships with AXA entities About The JobMain missions Your Responsibilities IncludeLead the agile team in the development and enhancement of the Secure GPT Model Hub Defining and prioritizing product requirements based on business needs and user feedbackCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product featuresCommunicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, with all AXA major entities, through their CDO and CIO, and animate a monthly product committee Monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize the productFacilitating agile ceremonies and managing the product backlogAdvocating for the user's perspective and ensuring the product meets their needsManage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest priorities and business objectives Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet acceptance criteria and align with the product vision Ensure that the product is compliant with security and data privacy Expected Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:Experience3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role (Tech Lead)Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development life cyclesProven track record of delivering successful digital products or servicesTechnical SkillsProficiency in product management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub)Expertise in software design patterns, architecture principles, and development methodologies Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of software development processes and technologiesAbility to analyze data and generate insights to support product decisionsSoft Skills / Transversal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesAdaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and requirementsCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsDemonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences What We OfferWe bring together the expertise, cultural diversity and creativity of over 8,000 employees worldwide and we’re committed to equal opportunities in all aspects of employment (gender, LGBT+, disabled persons, or people of different origins) and to promoting Diversity & Inclusion by creating a work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, and where individual differences are valued.
