Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a Machine Learning Specialist to help build intelligent, data-driven solutions that drive innovation in the telecommunications space. You will develop and deploy machine learning models that address real-world business problems, contribute to applied analytics initiatives, and help scale AI capabilities across multiple internal teams. What You’ll DoDevelop machine learning models and solutions to address business and network optimization challenges. Apply classical and advanced ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and solution architects to implement scalable AI/ML systems. Contribute to NLP-related projects (e. g.

, ticket classification, log analysis, virtual assistants). Ensure adherence to software development and architectural best practices. Translate telecom business needs into AI/ML applications through active collaboration with stakeholders. Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the delivery of high-quality AI-based services. What We’re Looking ForHands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong knowledge of NLP techniques (e. g. , text classification, named entity recognition, BERT/LLMs). Proficiency in Python and data processing libraries (e. g. , Pandas, NumPy). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Understanding of telecommunications data or prior experience working in a telecom-related environment is a strong asset. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Nice to HaveExperience with telecom-specific data (e. g. , network logs, customer support tickets). Background working in telecommunications companies or similar industries. Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
