He analyzes needs, explores the opportunities offered by AI and supports the implementation of innovative and efficient solutions, while respecting the IT infrastructure, security and regulations in force.Missions and responsibilities• Needs analysis: Identify and analyze the demands and needs of the IT department as well as other municipal departments for AI and data analytics.• AI Solution Proposal: Investigate the opportunities offered by AI and formulate innovative solutions tailored to the needs of the city.• Use case development: Develop concrete use cases to test and implement AI applications within municipal services.• Technical feasibility: Offering AI solutions taking into account the existing IT infrastructure, the network environment and technological constraints.• Collaboration with the DPO and CISO: Discuss proposed solutions with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure that AI applications comply with data protection and security standards.• Project coordination: Mentor developers, manage the backlog, and set priorities in collaboration with the development team.• AI Promotion and Awareness: Actively promote AI within the organization and organize awareness sessions for employees and stakeholders.• Training and coaching: Prepare and deliver training to users to help them adopt AI solutions.• Change Management: Supporting change at all levels of the organization to ensure a smooth integration of AI solutions.SkillsAgileAI Request AnalysisArtificial intelligence (AI)CommunicationMachine Learning
