PR Manager - BE (Fulltime)The PR Manager (BE) is the media specialist responsible for TV, Press, and Radio Promotion and strategically generating and maximizing media exposure and visibility for the artist roster within the demanding Belgian market. This bilingual role is crucial for developing compelling artist narratives and executing innovative promotional plans across all relevant press, digital, radio, and television platforms in both Flanders and Wallonia. The PR Manager acts as the primary liaison for both artists and media, actively cultivating strong relationships with journalists, editors, and producers to secure high-impact features and interviews. Key tasks involve the weekly pitching of new releases to radio and coordinating all press logistics from planning through execution. Success hinges on a strong blend of creative copywriting, strategic execution, and diligent monitoring to control the public image and drive audience engagement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute tailored, innovative PR strategies and compelling narrative angles for artists, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all media platforms.Act as the primary liaison and ambassador for artists, proactively cultivating and maintaining strong, collaborative contacts with key journalists, editors, and producers across Press, TV, andRadio in both Flanders and Wallonia.Lead the weekly pitching of new releases and catalog priorities to secure measurable airplay across all relevant Belgian radio stations (Flemish and Walloon).Write and distribute compelling press releases, bios, and talking points customized for the target media/audience, ensuring the artist's message is accurately conveyed.Coordinate and execute all press logistics, including scheduling and staffing press days, TV appearances, radio sessions, concerts, and festivals, ensuring smooth execution.Monitor and analyze all media coverage and industry trends to track public perception, proactively manage artist image, and report on campaign effectiveness and positioning strategies.Key RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of proven experience in PR, media relations, or music promotion within the dynamic Belgian music industry, with a track record of securing top-tier, impactful mediacoverage.Perfect bilingual fluency (Dutch and French/Flemish) is mandatory, coupled with professional proficiency in English for international communication and strategy.Possesses an extensive, current network of relevant editors, journalists, and media gatekeepers, combined with expert knowledge of the entire Belgian media and radio landscape across bothlinguistic regions.Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives under tight deadlines and utilize strong persuasion skills.Demands a strategic mind with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple simultaneous, complex PR campaigns for a diverse roster in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Proven experience in media training artists and serving as the primary liaison between artists/management and press, combined with a deep passion for music and evolving industryconsumption trends.
