DescriptionICF Next is looking for an Online Communication Consultant to work from one of our client's premises in Brussels.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeProvides strategic advice and assistance in any area associated with digital communication actions and campaignsMakes recommendations on new trends, tools and methodologies related to digital communicationAssists in the implementation of digital communication actions and campaignsProposes KPIs and monitors and reports on performance of digital communication actions and campaignsAnalyses and summarises trends in social media, including the writing of social media analysis reportsParticipates in working groups and progress meetingsAnalyses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of strategic courses of action, including stakeholder analysisCommunicates with and delivers presentations to various audiencesProactively be informed of COMM policy and EU political landscape.Design, project manage and where possible produce audio visual material for channels.Knowledge And SkillsStrategic planning and analytical skills.Knowledge of developments, trends, tools and methodologies related to digital communication, that could include:Knowledge of search engine optimisation techniquesKnowledge of European data protection legislation and guidelines for online communicationKnowledge of digital analytics (web and social media) and monitoring tools, KPIsKnowledge of and expertise in legal, data compliance, audit or IT securityKnowledge of AI tools Knowledge of EU policies, decision making procedures and main political trends in EU member states.Knowledge of reporting methods.Ability to deliver presentations.Very good communication skillsUser/customer oriented mindsetLeadership capabilityEnglish: Understanding (C1), Speaking (C1), Writing (C1)Years of experience +5#IndeedWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
