Job Description

Summary You have a M.Sc. or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, and you have a solid expertise in analog and mixed-signal IC design. You worked with advanced CMOS technology nodes. You are eager to join a dynamic team developing cutting-edge technology products for next generation mmWave applications. You are a self-motivated and efficient team member with good communication skills. Responsibilities We are looking for an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC designer to own several parts of the IC, including PLL, DAC, ADC, amplifiers, filters, PMU, calibration and biasing circuits. Responsibilities include: designing analog/mixed-signal blocks and sub-systems (e.g., PLL, DAC, ADC), designing baseband amplifiers and filters, design PMU and biasing circuits, implementing ESD, DFT and calibration blocks and methods, developing test plans and contributing to validation and characterization campaigns. Requirements The successful candidate has a solid expertise in analog/mixed-signal IC design. Following requirements are a must, candidates must tick all boxes to be considered: degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, good knowledge of PLL and/or ADC design, DFT and PVT-aware design experience including biasing blocks (e.g., Bandgap, PTAT, LDO, etc.), Key contribution to successful product chips with analog/mixed-signal circuits, advanced use of the Cadence Virtuoso custom IC tool suite. Following qualifications will make you stand out: solid expertise in PLL design, solid expertise in ADC design, experience with mixed-signal top-level simulation and verification, experience with ESD design and strategy, and with chip finishing (e.g., IO ring design), experience with VHDL(A)/Verilog(A), knowledge of Python/Matlab, experience with lab verification, characterization, and ATE data review and correlation to simulations of analog/mixed-signal blocks and sub-systems.
