We are seeking an experienced Freelance Azure Databricks Data Engineer to join a major data-driven project for a leading logistics company in Antwerp. The successful candidate will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and solutions using Azure Databricks, ensuring high performance and scalability for business-critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement data pipelines using Azure Databricks and related Azure servicesDevelop and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data integrationCollaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver robust data solutionsEnsure data quality, security, and compliance with company standardsTroubleshoot and resolve performance issues in data workflowsRequirementsStrong experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse)Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering tasksKnowledge of data modeling and data architecture principlesAbility to work on-site in Antwerp as requiredLanguage: French OR Dutch (mandatory)Freelance availability for 12 monthsPlease forward your CV to Bilal.Tariq@g2recruitment.com
