AlgoDriven is accelerating our AI roadmap and we’re hiring a hands-on AI Engineer who can build, evaluate, optimise, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) solutions across our suite of automotive SaaS products.This is not a research-only role — it’s a production-focused AI engineering position combining:✔ LLM API integration✔ Agentic frameworks (Node-based)✔ Prompt design & multi-step instructions✔ Evals & fine-tuning✔ Inference optimisation (Groq, HuggingFace, Replicate)✔ Node.js backend integration✔ React frontend integration✔ Optional: PHP backend supportIf you’re passionate about building real AI agents, production-grade LLM systems, and fast Node.js-based inference pipelines, this is the place for you.🛠 What You’ll Be DoingBuild and optimise LLM-driven product features using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, HuggingFaceArchitect agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain.js, LangGraph.js, and custom Node-based orchestratorsDevelop tools, actions, memory strategies, and multi-step reasoning flowsWrite high-quality instruction sets, structured markdowns, and multi-role promptsBuild Evals for regression testing, quality scoring, hallucination reductionCreate and manage datasets for fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)Optimise inference using Groq, quantisation, batching, cachingBuild backend API routes in Node.js for AI-powered featuresContribute to front-end React components and integrationsWork with product, backend, QA, and data teams to deploy AI features into productionMaintain LLM feature analytics: cost, latency, quality, performance🎯 What We’re Looking For3+ years of software engineering experience1–2+ years hands-on LLM or AI engineeringStrong Node.js experience is requiredExperience with agentic frameworks or building custom agents (LangChain.js, LangGraph.js, or similar)Experience with inference providers (Groq, HuggingFace, AWS Bedrock, Replicate)Experience building Evals and structured prompt frameworksExperience fine-tuning Llama, Mistral, or similar modelsSolid understanding of prompt optimisation, context strategies, and structured outputFront-end experience with ReactOptional: ability to make minor contributions to PHP backendsStrong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaborationBonus: automotive data, vector DBs, LangGraph experience, or multi-agent tooling🚗 About UsAt AlgoDriven, we empower car dealerships across Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, and the Middle East with cutting-edge B2B SaaS solutions to value used cars.
