As a Head Chef, you will oversee the kitchen operations, plan and design menus, and ensure quality culinary standards are met consistently. You will manage a team of kitchen staff, supervise food preparation, enforce health and safety regulations, and monitor food inventory and costs. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to enhance the dining experience for guests. Qualifications Strong culinary skills, including expertise in cooking techniques, food preparation, and menu creationLeadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate kitchen staffKnowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operationsTime management and organizational skills to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and timely serviceEffective communication, problem-solving abilities, and creativity to deliver high-quality culinary experiencesExperience in cost management, including portion control and inventory managementFormal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantagePrevious experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in hospitality
