The Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting guests with menu recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The role includes close coordination with the kitchen and shisha team, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the overall ambiance of the venue.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and provide attentive, friendly table serviceTake food, beverage, and shisha orders accurately and efficientlyProvide detailed menu information and recommendations when neededServe dishes and beverages in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with kitchen staff, bar, and shisha attendantsEnsure tables are clean, set, and properly prepared for guestsMonitor guest satisfaction and handle requests or concerns promptlyProcess bills, handle payments, and follow proper cash-handling proceduresAssist with opening and closing duties as requiredQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPreferably European and ArabicExperience taking orders and serving guests in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service skills with a positive attitudeAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressurePrevious experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantageProficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
