Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable machine learning models for real-world applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems)Lead end-to-end AI solution development: data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoringCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering to integrate AI into productsResearch and prototype new algorithms and techniques to solve complex problemsOptimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production environmentsMentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientistsStay current with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologiesRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field5+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed modelsProficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniquesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principlesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
