Job Description

We are hiring Software Engineers across three engagement types: Freelance (project‑based), Contract Part‑Time (remote, exclusive), and Full‑Time (on‑site). Choose your track and role: Backend, Frontend, Full‑Stack, or Mobile.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain services and UIs that meet acceptance criteria and SLAsParticipate in SIT, support UAT, and drive stability during Trial OperationWrite tests, maintain CI pipelines, and follow code review standardsOperate workloads on Kubernetes and optimize performance and cost where applicableProduce clear runbooks, deployment notes, and handover documentationCollaborate asynchronously with product and design, manage risk and estimates, and communicate progressQualificationsStrong in at least one backend stack (Node.js/Python/Go/Erlang/Java) and/or modern frontend (React/Vue/Next, TypeScript)Solid grasp of data modeling, authentication/authorization, observability, and testingExperience with Git and CI/CD; familiarity with Docker and containerized workflowsBonus: GraphQL, payments/subscriptions, mobile (Flutter/React Native/Kotlin/Swift), cloud and container orchestrationTooling & Ways of WorkingGitLab CI for pipelines and releases; Git‑based code reviewsKubernetes for runtime; Docker images for distributionPostgreSQL as primary datastore; GraphQL and REST for APIsDesign handoff workflows, performance budgets, and accessibility checks on frontendWeekly progress reporting; time logging required for T&M and Contract PTCompensation & BenefitsFreelance: Fixed price per milestone or T&M as agreedContract Part‑Time: Monthly fee based on seniority and scope; overtime by prior approvalFull‑Time: Competitive salary with overtime per policy; paid leave and local public holidays; hardware and tooling provided for on‑site rolesWork TermsFreelance: Scope packaged into milestones with acceptance criteria; weekly updates; time logs if T&MContract Part‑Time: Typically 3 months; minimum 30 hours per week, Mon–Fri; core hours 09.00–17.00 WIB with 1 hour flexibility; exclusivity requiredFull‑Time: Monday–Friday; core hours 09.00–17.00 WIB with 1 hour flexibility; on‑site collaborationSelection ProcessCV and portfolio screeningTechnical interview or work sample reviewPractical task or paid trial aligned to the roleFinal interview and offer or contracting
