Role Description This full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor is based in our Denpasar office. As an Educational Counselor, your responsibilities will include providing consultations to students and families regarding study destinations, academic programs, and career pathways. You will assist students in navigating the university application process, help them prepare for standardized tests, and provide tailored guidance on visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and pre-departure preparations. Additionally, you will act as a mentor to support students in pursuing their academic and career aspirations. Qualifications Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student CounselingProficiency in Career Counseling and a strong understanding of education pathwaysExceptional Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience or knowledge in international education systems is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgroundsAbility to work efficiently in an office environment and adapt to a dynamic team settingFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
