Job Description

As an Academic Advisor under the Sales Division, you will guide prospective students in identifying the right learning programs while driving enrollment conversions. This is a sales-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and readiness to work with monthly targets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct consultative selling to prospective students regarding available programs/coursesPerform follow-ups via digital channels (WhatsApp, phone calls, video calls, email)Deliver digital product presentations to increase conversion ratesMaintain and update the prospect database accuratelyPrepare daily/weekly sales reports according to division standardsQualificationsMinimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from any majorStrong persuasive communication and confidence in sellingWilling to work under a target-driven environmentComfortable using digital tools/platforms for daily workWilling to be placed in Malang (first 3 months), with potential relocation to JakartaFresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to applyWhat We're Looking ForHighly motivated and target-drivenFast learner and adaptableDisciplined in follow-up and reportingEnjoys interacting with people and identifying their needs
