The Learning Designer will be responsible for training & development, instructional design, learning management, digital learning, and curriculum development to create effective learning programs and materials.QualificationsTraining & Development and Instructional Design skillsLearning Management and Curriculum Development skillsExperience in creating engaging and interactive learning materialsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of learning technologies and platformsBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field is not mandatoryHave a good sense of humor is a must!
