The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team to achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to develop and implement strategies for business growth. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills to effectively guide, mentor, and motivate a sales team.Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management expertise to identify opportunities and close deals.Strong analytical and strategic planning skills for market trend analysis and business development strategies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant sales software is an advantage.Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in the relevant industry, is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
