PT Khidmatuna is committed to providing ethical and seamless travel experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve target 200 Pilgrims per month and enhance brand presence. Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, building strategic partnerships, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, managing a sales team, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
