Our client, a leading PR and digital marketing agency specializing in design, architecture, arts, and culture, is currently seeking a Paid Media and Analytics Manager to join their team as a temporary contractor for 2-3 months in NYC. This role will be primarily focused on supporting two commercial furniture brands under a top-tier corporate umbrella, well-known within the contract interiors space. This position will play a key role in helping execute and track paid social campaigns and content performance as part of a broader digital and PR team.
You will be building, monitoring, and reporting on paid social campaigns - primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with potential support on LinkedIn or Google Ads. This role is not client-facing, but will work closely with their internal team, particularly the Senior Content and Community Manager, to help ensure campaigns are launched and maintained efficiently and accurately. Build and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), based on provided strategy briefsAssist with LinkedIn and/or Google Ads setup (as needed)Configure objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, and testingEnsure creative assets meet ad specs and are properly formattedKeep campaign tracking organized with clean naming conventionsMonitor campaign performance metrics (e. g.
, CPM, CTR, reach, engagement)Flag underperformance or issues and make optimization recommendationsGenerate weekly or bi-weekly reports using platform data and spreadsheetsShare concise summaries with the internal team for client roll-upWork closely with the Senior Content and Community Manager and client VPsCommunicate progress, blockers, and findings via Slack, email, and shared docsStay detail-oriented and responsive in a fast-paced environmentYou Have:
3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads ManagerFamiliarity with audience segmentation, campaign structure, and creative testingExperience in LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads is a plusStrong working knowledge of campaign metrics and platform insightsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reportingComfortable working independently with directionNotes: Candidate should have experience or interest in architecture & designB2B primarily but we do help with some e-commerceRemotePay 45 per hour20 hours per weekDuration: 2-3 months
