We are now seeking a highly capable and collaborative Lead Manager – Quality Control who will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing all quality control procedures and protocols for our upcoming landmark hospitality project in Comoros.

This role will focus on civil and structural works. The position ensures that construction activities meet the required quality benchmarks, international standards, and contractual obligations. TitleLead Manager - Quality ControlRole & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the project-specific Quality Control Plan in alignment with contract requirements. Lead and manage the site QC team for civil and structural works, including earthworks, foundations, concrete, and steel structures. Review & implement project specifications, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and ensure adherence to approved quality documents. Coordinate with consultants, contractor, and vendors to ensure timely and effective quality inspections and documentation.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of materials, workmanship, test results, and inspections. Manage third-party testing agencies, material approvals, mock-ups, and sampling as per QA/QC plans. Address non-conformities through NCRs, corrective and preventive action plans. Adapt QC systems to the challenges of a remote island project, including advance planning for testing, certification, and material compliance. Provide regular quality reports and dashboards to senior management. Train and mentor the project team and subcontractors on quality standards and expectations.
