The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive and administrative assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and providing high-level executive support. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and delivering administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Other responsibilities include handling correspondence, scheduling, and providing support on time-sensitive tasks.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive SupportExperience in preparing and managing Expense ReportsStrong Communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external clientsAbility to handle Administrative Assistance tasks effectively and efficientlyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software toolsProfessional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
