Hoffmann - La Roche in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and reliableASPIRE Local OCM LeadThe ideal candidate is an experienced OCM Manager with a Bachelor's or advanced degree and a proven track record of 3-6 years in OCM delivery roles during large-scale ERP/SAP implementations or transformations.This candidate will be responsible for leading all local OCM, communication, and training activities, performing stakeholder and impact assessments, and ensuring the local organization is ready for change by executing activities from the deployment toolkit. The role requires a positive, solution-oriented personality with strong stakeholder management skills, fluency in both English and German (C1), and the ability to challenge and influence effectively at all corporate levels.Start date: 01.01.2026Latest Start Date: 01.02.2026Planned duration: 31.06.2026Extension (in case of limitation): noWorkplace: BaselWorkload: 100%Home Office: 2 days home office max.Tasks & Responsibilities:Oversees local OCM, communication and training activitiesManages local stakeholder assessment and impact assessmentManages local organizational impact analysis and change planCoordinates stakeholder specific activities together with comms and trainingEnsures local resources are in place to manage OCM activitiesHands-on resource(s) to execute OCM activities on local levelExecutes activities from OCM plans to ensure the organization is ready for changeUtilizes OCM plan and templates provided in deployment toolkit or local equivalent to lead the organization through the changeFollows on Organizational Alignment and Workforce transition as requiredRegularly monitors status and provides feedback to the Wave OCM teamIs responsible for completion of local deliverables within the toolkitMust Haves:Bachelor or advanced degree in related specialization areas3-6 years in OCM for ERP/SAP implementation projects or transformations in support organizations.
