About The JobAs a Mechanical Assembly Technician you are responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and components according to engineering drawings, technical documentation, and quality standards. The role requires a high level of precision, technical skills, and attention to detail to ensure that assembled systems meet performance and safety requirements.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components following engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and 3D CAD models;Install and align shafts, bearings, couplings, seals, and other mechanical parts;Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate fits and alignments;Read and interpret mechanical schematics, technical drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs);Perform functional tests and quality checks on completed assemblies;Identify and report non-conformities, defects, or design issues during assembly;Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve technical issues;Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition;Comply with all safety procedures and company policies;Support continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes and efficiency.Functie-eisenWE ARE LOOKING FORProfessional Qualifications And SkillsVocational or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field;2+ years of proven experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or machinery building;Strong understanding of mechanical principles, tolerances, and fits;Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation;Skilled with torque tools, precision measurement, general mechanical hand tools;Basic understanding of electronics, pneumatics or hydraulics is a plus;Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Fluency in English.Personal qualifications and skills:Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to solving problems;Strong attention to detail and a critical mindset towards accuracy;Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude;Ability to collaborate across different departments and contribute to product improvements;Willingness to engage in testing and prototyping processes.Functie-voorstelWE OFFER:Salary range EUR 2700 3300 gross per month for a 40-hour work week.
