Presentation PreparationDevelop session decks based on outlines and key messages from the internal team.Adapt materials to the client’s context (school, university, or organization).Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.2. Session DeliveryConduct online or offline sharing sessions with clients and stakeholders.Present assessment results clearly and engagingly.Facilitate discussions and address participant questions related to the report.3. Session ReportingProvide brief updates to the internal team after each session.Summarize key discussion points, participant feedback, and potential follow-ups.Share insights to support future session improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, with 2–3 years of assessment experience.Strong understanding of college preparation assessments (cognitive, career interest, and personality tests).Skilled in data interpretation and presentation design.Proficient in facilitation, delivery, and digital tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrates problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability to change.Committed to continuous learning and innovation.
