We are looking for a full-time Assessment & Data Administrator to be a part of our course administration team.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assessment & Data Administrator to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, office-based role supports the smooth running of daily operations by maintaining accurate learner data, managing result updates, and coordinating exam processes. Full training will be provided by management.What you will be doing:Update missing learner results daily and ensure timely completion each morning.Work on the Trident QualHub Change Request Sheet and resolve queries promptly.Process learner name changes and assist with access or application issues.Register and schedule online exams; send invigilators passwords and login details.Maintain documentation for learners needing extra support; chase missing details via calls and emails.Work with the Post-Course Administrator to verify and update learner results.Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.Provide general administrative support to the QualHub Admin Team to ensure smooth operations.What we are looking for:Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Confident using data systems and spreadsheets (training provided).Proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach with a willingness to support the wider team.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goalsExpected BehaviorsWe're primarily non-hierarchical, allowing all our colleagues to take responsibility from day one.
