Asset Management - ETF Online Operation - Analyst

Job Description岗位职责1 线上运营（内容运营）围绕ETF持营开展营销工作，结合市场行情、行业政策、产品特点以及合作渠道的要求，制作各类持营材料优化营销素材的线上传播路径，提升传播量和覆盖渠道，提高转化效率配合渠道完成ETF直播等工作；负责支持ETF专区建设、线上运营活动等2 线上运营（KOL/KOC投放）负责公司在主要券商及同花顺、雪球、支付宝等重点线上三方平的ETF营销运营工作，协助打造矩阵化的券商线上业务体系熟悉基金行业ETF生态，具备基金投顾主理人的合作经验，能协助拓展和维护重点主理人的资源关系和渗透率能结合投顾主理人的需求，指定和执行ETF产品的运营策略，策略并落地线上线下营销活动，提升与主理人合作的深度和客户影响力任职资格本科及以上学历，具备基金从业资格1-3年基金/证券/互联网营销策划、线上营销经验，熟悉基金行业线上营销工作及渠道传播规律有一定自媒体运营经验，具备优秀的内容创意和制作能力；熟悉各类互联网传播渠道的运营规则熟练掌握ETF产品知识，能快速挖掘产品亮点，形成持营材料逻辑清晰、口齿伶俐，沟通及团队协作能力强ABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
