Asset Management Analyst - PH - Remote

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst to join our team in a fully remote, offshore capacity. The analyst will support both acquisition activities and ongoing asset management across a diverse U.S. real estate portfolio.Our client managed over $4 billion in asset value across multiple sectors in the United States, including multifamily, industrial, senior housing, and retail. This role provides broad exposure to real estate investment strategies, financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio performance oversight within a publicly traded company.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, update, and maintain financial models for real estate acquisitions and existing asset performanceUnderwrite new investment opportunities, including market research, rent analysis, due diligence, expense benchmarking, and return projectionsAnalyze operational and financial data to evaluate property-level and portfolio-level performancePrepare investment memorandums, investor reporting, presentations, and decision-support materialsSupport annual budgeting, business plan reviews, and valuation processesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate (required)Proven background in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, or asset managementNative or near-native English proficiency (written and verbal)Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelingStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independentlySelf-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesJob Type: Full-time, remote (Philippines)Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM Israel Standard TimeBachelor’s degree (required)Experience:Real Estate: 3+ years (required)Financial Analysis: 3 years (required)Excel / Financial Modeling: 3 years (required)Strong English Written SkillsJob Type: Full-time, long-term, permanent
